RMA

This is the application you have to fill out to be considered for a mortgage loan modification.

4506-C

This form gives the lender permission to request a copy of your tax return from the IRS.

Statement of Information

That's a form routinely requested from the buyer, seller and borrower in a transaction where title insurance is sought.

Profit & loss Statement 

(If self employed)

That's an important financial document that summarizes revenue and costs

over a specific period.

All this information can be found on your lender's website.

Being prepared is the fastest way to get your modification request approved.

Be prepared to submit the following along with the above-

-2 months of Bank Statements

-At least 4 recent Paystubs

-Last 2 year tax returns
